Artículo que reprueba la anacrónica ley que obliga a las mujeres de muchos países a adoptar la nacionalidad de su esposo al casarse y propone como modelo la convención firmada en Montevideo (1933) por países americanos estableciendo la igualdad entre hombres y mujeres en materia de nacionalidad.
Article decrying the anachronic law mandating that married women must adopt the nationality of the husband, and proposing as a model the non-discriminatoty agreement signed in Montevideo (1933) by American nations.
