Dear Mr. Casady:
Many thanks for your letter of the 9th instant in which you give me the good news that you will send me an article to be included in the book which I intend to publish in the very near future. That certainly is good of you, and I appreciate it very much. My book will go to press as soon as I receive your article.
Congratulations upon the arrival of your Fifth Heir. May the Lord keep all five of your sons for you, that they may group up and get to be great Americans like their father.
