Perales informing him that in Coleman, Texas, the only establishments that serve people of Mexican descent are Victory Cafe, Fatty's Hamburger Stand, and a billiards hall. Additionally, Jaramillo mentions that students of Mexican descent are sent exclusively to a segregated school.
