Various local notes for Seguin, Texas including two on LULAC. LULAC members Policarpo Suárez, Ricardo Suárez, and Antonio Morales visited Lockhart, Texas for the creation of a new LULAC Council. A LULAC initiative in Seguín is organizing a Society of Parents and Teachers to focus on the interests of students of Latin American descent.
